Abundance; It’s All Perspective

Good morning! ūüôā I just wanted to share a little bit about my thoughts on abundance… I recently finished reading “A New Earth” by Eckhart Tolle and something he said about abundance really resonated with me. He said that anytime you’re feeling like you’re living from a place of scarcity, go outside and immerse yourself in nature. Observe abundance all around you… Observe the abundance of greenery, the vast blue sky overhead, the sand between your toes, the trees, the sun, insects, whatever it is. Nature is abundant- it is lacking nothing, and neither are you. This simple practice is something I’ve implemented everyday of my life since reading that chapter of “A New Earth”. And let me tell you, it works, it really does. Anytime I’m feeling down or a bit off, I simply take a walk, and I observe everything… Every bird flying overhead, every leaf swaying in the wind, every child laughing with innocence and grace.¬†It’s all perspective. Our whole world is shaped by what we choose to believe is true. So, …

It’s Time to Wake Up

So many things have been hidden from us over the years… We’ve been conditioned to work and live systematically, and not in alignment with our true selves. It’s time to wake up.¬† Irek and I are on an intense and beautiful spiritual journey, and we want you to have the opportunity to expand your consciousness, and wake up to the truth. Because, the truth is out there, it’s available to us. It wasn’t always, but it is now, we just have to be willing to open our eyes to a new way of thinking and living. Without getting too deep, I will say this… I believe in a universe that is much more amazing, and a million times more mysterious than we could have ever imagined. You may have heard me talk about¬†Gaia¬†before, but if not, this is essentially what it is… It’s an uncensored library inclusive of hundreds of documentaries, series, and clips about topics such as: human origins, energy, quantum physics, yoga and meditation, spirituality, extra-terrestrials and much more. Gaia has had a …

Finding Your Calm Through Meditation

In late 2016 I started to take my meditation practice much more seriously. Prior to this year, I was meditating sporadically and found myself struggling to adopt a routine that worked for me. But, after a few months of practice, I have now come to a place where I look forward to it¬†each day and have come to cherish both the silence and profound understanding that meditation brings. As for the structure of my meditation routine, there isn’t really much to tell. I know myself well enough now to know that I don’t do too well with strict schedules or too much structure. So, sometimes I’ll mediate immediately following breakfast, and before heading to the yoga studio. And sometimes, I’ll meditate directly after my yoga practice, before heading back home. I allow myself to go with the flow and permit my¬†schedule to vary from day to day, if necessary. This easy-going mindset¬†has actually aided me when keeping¬†up with my daily practice. I think it’s so important to understand that meditation gets easier over time and …

We’re all Connected

It’s crazy to think that most of us go through our lives feeling totally disconnected and disempowered. We believe that life is just happening to us, and all we can do is react… But the truth is, we are all connected; connected to each other, to the planet, and to the endless, infinite energies that exist within this incredible universe. Once you’re able to break through and tap into this infinite energy (divine love if you will), you’ll experience life on a much deeper level…¬†your days will start to have meaning, and purpose. You’ll realize that you are the co-creator of your life and that you have the power. I urge you to take care this year… Meditate and do yoga as much as possible, nourish yourself with plant-based foods, take care of your physical body, and most importantly, treat others with kindness and compassion (including our animal friends). Remember that you can manifest anything you want… we all can; we’re all connected. Namaste, Molly xx Don’t forget to sign up for¬†#TheNamasteChallenge¬†with me! Head to …

Veganism in France

Irek and I recently spent 2 weeks in France and we¬†divided our time between Paris, Nice and Cannes. We originally planned to spend some time in Monaco as well, but the trip ended up being quite hectic so we figured it was best to do Monaco next year. Coming from my vegan bubble in Vancouver, I was quite disappointed and discouraged to discover how lacking the country is when it comes to plant-based options (call me ignorant / naive – going into the trip, I was both). Now, when I say my ‘vegan bubble’, what I mean is that Vancouver is super progressive in terms of the acceptance and continual growth of people leading fully plant-based, cruelty-free lives. There are tons and tons of vegan and vegetarian restaurants all around Metro-Vancouver as well as the outskirts. Vancouver actually ranks in the top 3 cities of the world in regards to the amount of vegan restaurants we have… I will clarify that in Paris you can definitely find vegan restaurants – they exist and they’re lovely. …

Have Faith in Yourself

It’s so easy to second guess ourselves, or think we aren’t good enough to accomplish something. But these thoughts do not serve us, they deter us from striving to reach our goals, they hold us back from becoming something better. I’m currently working on a couple of projects that have really tested me, and have shown me how important it is to have faith in ourselves. It took me 26 years to believe that I was actually capable of achieving great things. We truly are meant to have an amazing life but that will never happen unless we become vulnerable, and allow ourselves to truly be who we are at our core. I always wanted to have a blog where I could share parts of my life, my journey, my travels etc. and inspire others. But it took me a year to actually launch it… An entire year of questioning and doubting myself. I realize now that it doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks of you. YOU have to love yourself and believe in yourself, …

Love is a Practice

Love is a daily practice, a journey…¬†It’s not without darkness, but we must be thankful for the darkness, for without it we could not define the light. Don’t let your troubles, your pains, become an excuse to hurt others, whether passively or actively. Use your vulnerability instead as a way to go deeper into the choice of love. Do your best to radiate on a high frequency of love and kindness no matter what the situation. There are always things to be grateful for, and always lessons to be learned. Send love to everyone you know, to everyone you meet, to all living beings. This love will be drawn back to you. We always have a choice. I choose love. Namaste, Molly xo __________ “If you love a flower, don’t pick it up. Because if you pick it up it dies and ceases to be what you love. So if you love a flower, let it be. Love is not about possession. Love is about appreciation.” – Osho

Change Your Thoughts Audiobook Picture

Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life

The last year and a half has been one full of self-discovery and self-acceptance. Throughout this time, I listened to many audiobooks to aid me in my spiritual journey, but none affected me quite like the late Wayne Dyer’s “Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life”. This book is a translation of the 81 verses of the Tao Te Ching or The Great Way, written 2500 years ago by a “God-realized being”, Lao-tzu. Now, without getting into religion, I will say that I am a spiritual person but I do not engage in any religious practices. I will quote the Dalai Lama here and say “I have no religion, my religion is kindness”. I guess you could say that’s why this book touched me deeply. It is about living the Tao: spreading kindness, compassion, love and most importantly, letting go of ego. Wayne Dyer spent a full year reviewing hundreds of translations of the Tao Te Ching and wrote an essay for each one of the 81 verses. The book is meant to provide guidance and …
