Yesterday Irek and I headed downtown to check out the Auto Show. I am not necessarily the biggest car person… but Irek is, so I’m always happy to join him. 🙂 There were some beautiful cars though! I loved the Aston Martin, the Maserati, and this really cute convertible Jag. After we walked around the show for a bit, and Irek took some photos, we headed to this little vegan lunch spot in Gastown. It’s called Meet in Gastown and they specialize in “veggie comfort food”. Irek and I both opted for the veggie burgers… They were super yummy! They also have the BEST vegan spinach & artichoke dip.
