Finding Your Calm Through Meditation

In late 2016 I started to take my meditation practice much more seriously. Prior to this year, I was meditating sporadically and found myself struggling to adopt a routine that worked for me. But, after a few months of practice, I have now come to a place where I look forward to it each day and have come to cherish both the silence and profound understanding that meditation brings. As for the structure of my meditation routine, there isn’t really much to tell. I know myself well enough now to know that I don’t do too well with strict schedules or too much structure. So, sometimes I’ll mediate immediately following breakfast, and before heading to the yoga studio. And sometimes, I’ll meditate directly after my yoga practice, before heading back home. I allow myself to go with the flow and permit my schedule to vary from day to day, if necessary. This easy-going mindset has actually aided me when keeping up with my daily practice. OSEA Skincare Giveaway!

I have always had very sensitive skin, so I stay away from anything with harsh chemicals, scents etc. Because of this, I am very skeptical of trying new skincare products, and how my skin will react to them.
