Magical Moments in Montezuma, Costa Rica

Good morning loves! I hope everyone is well and having a fabulous weekend so far. 🙂 I am heading to Toronto in a couple of days to visit my beautiful sister, who is almost 6 months pregnant! Very exciting times for us. So, seeing as it will be a busy week coming up, I wanted take take some time and share with you some of my favourite photos from Montezuma, Costa Rica. Montezuma is a beautiful place. It’s located near the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula and attracts many foreign backpackers and tourists, looking for an organic, natural experience. The town is surrounded by gorgeous beaches, rivers, and waterfalls. The exploring in Montezuma is endless- we can’t wait to head back once we’re in Costa Rica again. In Montezuma, we stayed at a beautiful Airbnb (Casacocobolo), which is situated right at the top of a hill overlooking the entire coastline. It was the perfect location, tucked away in nature, but close enough to jump on our ATVS and grab a nice lunch in town. There is a really cute …

Cabo Pool Views

Recently, Irek and I spent a few days in Mexico at Hotel Marquis Los Cabos. It’s situated in the most beautiful location, with gorgeous, sweeping views of the coast. At night time, we left our balcony door wide open so we could hear the waves crashing aggressively, and with intention against the shoreline of the Pacific. The time will soon come where I’ll fall asleep to the sound of the waves breaking every night… and that for me, will be ultimate joy. I had some truly beautiful moments at Hotel Marquis, walking along the shore all alone, not a soul in sight. There is something to be said about the energy you feel when you’re close to the ocean. It’s electric really, but only if you allow it to wash over you. I feel most vulnerable when I’m walking alone along the coast, but vulnerable in the best way possible. It’s good for the soul and more healing than any medicine you could ever be prescribed. Thank you so much to Hotel Marquis for hosting …

Caribbean Yoga Snaps

Since arriving home from Mexico a couple weeks ago, Irek and I have been in hibernation mode. It’s been very rainy and dull in BC – we’ve only had a day or two of sun, if that! Definitely not our favourite kind of weather for exploring, although I should try a bit harder to embrace the rain… without it, our province wouldn’t be as lush and beautiful as it is! That being said, I am excited to head to Bali in a couple weeks. It’s been almost two years since we first visited the island – it’s such a magical place. For now though, I thought I’d share some yoga snaps from our time in the Caribbean! Have a beautiful week, sending love!! Beach Workout

Yesterday Irek and I went to brunch at my favourite restaurant, Heirloom Vegetarian. I just cannot get enough of that place!  After we ate and Irek did some work, we headed to Jericho Beach in Kitsilano, and did a quick 30 minute HIIT workout (sprints, lunges, squats & tricep dips).  So nice to be able to exercise outside! Hope everyone had a lovely weekend and sending lots of love for the week ahead! 🙂 Cheers, Molly xx __________ “Let us try to recognize the precious nature of each day.” – Dalai Lama XIV
