Finally it’s spring in British Columbia! We had sooo much precipitation this year and actually, March was titled the “gloomiest on record”… so we are definitely due for some sun!! I hope you’re getting adequate Vitamin D wherever it is that you live! It’s so important for our overall health and mindset!
It’s been just over a year since I launched my blog! One whole year… and what a journey it has been. I’ve truly loved sharing my adventures with you and can’t thank you enough for all of the ongoing support. Going forward, you can expect lots more content surrounding yoga and meditation, spirituality, travel, health and wellness etc! 🙂
